Alvaro Lozano Cames (cello)

He was born in Malaga in 2006. At the age of 8, he began his cello studies at the “Gonzalo Martín Tenllado” Professional Conservatory of Music with teacher Sabrina Rui. At the same time, he trained with the cellist Carmen Ma Elena González.

Since 2020 he is a member of the A.E.O. Barenboim-Said, Seville, where he trained with Pavel Gomziakov.

He has received classes from Misha Maisky, Frans Helmerson, Asier Polo, Lluis Claret, Pablo Ferrández, Kian Soltani, Steven Isserlis, Johannes Moser, Jean-Guihen Queyras, Sebastian Klinger, Kyril Zlotnikov, Sung-Won Yang, Fernando Arias, María de Macedo , Miguel Jiménez, Denis Severin, Mikolaj Konopelski, Adolfo Gutiérrez, Jose Enrique Bouché, María Casado, Guillermo Pastrana, Marco Scano, Suzana Stefanovic and Hayk Sukiasyan.

In 2016, he obtained the 1st Prize in his category, at the VII National Young Promises Cello Competition “Jaime Dobato Benavente” (Alcañiz, Teruel).

In 2017 he is invited to perform at the 42nd Segovia Festival, organized by the D. Juan de Borbón Foundation.

In June 2018 he is awarded the 1st Prize of the Cello Contest “Fundación Cello León” for Spanish and Portuguese cellists.

In July 2018 he offers a recital within the II Cello León Festival.

In 2019 he obtained the First Prize in the X Contest for Young Performers “Joaquín Villatoro” in Jerez; Third Prize and Special Prize “Summer Camp Music and Culture” from the Reina Sofía School of Music and Exmo. Estepona City Council in the 1st “City of Estepona” Young Performers Contest; First Prize at the III International Cello Competition “Luthiers Clar” (Valencia) and Jury and Audience Award at Forum Musikae 2019, Madrid.

In 2020, he obtains the First Prize and Absolute Prize in his category, as well as the “UZMAH International Summer School” Prize, at the 12th International Cello Competition “Antonio Janigro” JUNIOR, in Zagreb; Jury Prize of Forum Musikae 2020, Valencia and First Prize of Verao Clásssico Academy Awards, Lisbon.

In 2021, he gets the First Prize at the 3rd Gustav Mahler Prize Cello Competition, in Jihlava and is awarded by Malaga Cello Marterclasses.
Recently, in November 2021, he is awarded the Third Prize at the IX International Cello Competition “David Popper” for young cellists, in Várpalota (Hungary).

Alvaro Toscano (Guitar)

The musical quality of the classical guitarist Álvaro Toscano has been endorsed by more than twenty international awards, among which the first prize in the 96th Permanent Contest of Musical Youths of Spain or the first prize in the City of Guimaraes International Contest (Portugal) stand out. numerous public awards that denote his immense communication skills as a musician.

His repertoire stands out for its breadth, performing music from the
Renaissance to premieres of our days such as Antonio
Blanco Tejero or María Jesús Amaro. He also usually performs
chamber music, forming part of the Duo Synestha, having
collaborated with the Malaga Philharmonic Orchestra, Ensemble of the FIP Guadalquivir or with the Leonor Quartet.

He has offered more than eighty recitals in different places of the
European geography, highlighting his participation in the Kings Place
(London), Sarajevo International Guitar Festival (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Uppsala Concert & Congress Hall (Sweden), Novum Generatio Guitar Festival (Romania), Teatro Góngora de Córdoba (Spain), etc.

During the year 2021 he has been part of the Eurostrings project, which brings together the most awarded young people from around the world. Thanks to this project he has made a tour of concerts and masterclasses around Europe. He has been part of the AIEClassicos cycle, for which he has also given numerous recitals in Spain. He also offers unusual recitals such as “Sofar Sounds”, a platform that hosts all kinds of music in private homes, thus trying to bring classical music closer to all kinds of audiences.

He has trained with Jara Benítez, Juan Antonio Martínez, José María
Bailo, Javier Riba, Francisco Bernier and Pedro Mateo Gonzalez. He uses a guitar from the Spanish luthier José Paniagua with Knobloch strings.

María Lejuan Terán Muiño (oboe)

He was born in Nanning (China) in 2005. He began his musical training at the age of 3 at the School of Music of the University of A Coruña (Ferrol).

In 2009 he began his oboe studies at the Asociación Cultural Sementeira (Narón) with Professor Ramón Romero López. At the age of 8 he entered the CMUS Xan Viaño, where he continued his training
musical with professor Ana Salgado Sabariz, and two years later he began his piano studies at the Musical 33 school, in addition to being a member of the Xove Banda de Narón. From the age of 13 it is
student at the School of Advanced Musical Studies (Santiago de Compostela) in the “Instrumental Specialization Course” with Professor Christina Dominik.

During his training period he attended competitions and festivals, including the following: at the age of 10 he won the 3rd prize in the soloist competition of Agolada and represented
Ferrol in the “V Mostra do Eixo Atlántico” that took place in Vilagarcía de Arousa; at the age of 12 he participates in the VII Festival Peregrinos Musicais in Santiago de Compostela; at the age of 13 form part of the Orquesta Xove de Vigo 430, has the opportunity to play solo at the Pazo da Cultura in Narón and wins the competition of soloists of the conservatory to play in the Municipal Auditorium of

María Terán

Pol Cabrera (saxophone)

Born in Terrassa in 2001, he began his apprenticeship at the age of 10 with Narcís Argemí and Albert Julià, with whom he continued his studies at the Centro Superior Liceo.

He is currently studying classical and contemporary saxophone music at the Centro Superior Liceo with Professor Albert Julià, co-repeater Daniel Garcia and assistant professors Xavier Larsson and Miguel Vallés. Pol has received master classes from the best saxophonists of today, such as Vincent David, Jean-Yves Fourmeau (France), Kenneth Tse (USA) or Paweł Gusnar (Poland), among others. Also noteworthy in his musical career is the participation in the 17.º Performance Award for Soloists “Intercentros Melómano” obtaining the Second Prize in the regional classification, the Extraordinary award of the Conservatory of Terrassa its Special Mention in BBVA Music Award for Individual Talent , has been a soloist with the Liceu band and a finalist and winner of the Tribuna Sax ensemble 2022.

Ilgin Top (violin)

International award-winning violinist Ilgın Top is establishing herself as a soloist and chamber musician with her impressive technique, spontaneity, her natural charisma in musical expressiveness and her strong love for performance. Within the discovery of the wide and unique repertoire of solo violin and chamber music, Ilgın Top is constantly developing her skills with Boris Belkin as a graduate student at the Conservatorium Maastricht.

The violinist has already performed with Bilkent Symphony Orchestra, Izmir State Symphony Orchestra, Ruse Philarmonic Orchestra, Hacettepe Symphony Orchestra, collaborating with important conductors such as Rengim Gökmen and Yuri Ilynov.

She has been awarded first prize and other important and special prizes in prestigious competitions such as the Arthur Grumiaux Violin Competition and the Pantcho Vladigerov Violin and Piano Competition for Young Musicians, to name a few.

Ilgın Top has performed at many international festivals and music halls, such as the Varna Summer Music Festival and the Bilkent 30th Year Festival, the World Violin Festival, Zorlu PSM, the Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall, the Presidential Symphony Hall, etc.

Mireia Coma Casellas (violin)

She was born in 2001 and began learning the violin at the age of 2 with her father, Agustí Coma Alabert. She later began her studies at the Vitoria Conservatory-
Gasteiz, and she also received classes from Sergio Castro, Anna Baget, Catalin Bucataru, Aitzol

Iturriagagoitia, Esther Hoppe, Reto Kuppel, Keiko Wataya, and Daniel Dodds.
In May 2012 she was selected as concertmaster of the Isaac Albéniz Orchestra of Vitoria.

In October 2016 she became part of the string orchestra “Camerata Gasteiz”.

In August 2015, she participated in the Vitoria International Music Festival, together with the pianists Anna Crexells and Ángel García Soria. Mireia has won several prizes in different competitions: First
chamber music award at the “Jóvenes Músicos de Euskadi” (2016), second prize at the “Barcelona Violin Competition” (2016), first prize for string instruments at the
“Jóvenes Músicos de Euskadi” contest (2017), first prize for chamber music at the “Ciutat de Mataró” (2017), first prize for chamber music at the “Jóvenes Músicos de Euskadi” (2018) and third prize for all the instruments in “Young performers” (2019).

At the age of 16 she performed as a soloist with the Euskadi Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Pedro Halffter.

Mireia Ella performed the Violin Concerto in B minor by Camille Saint-Saens before an audience of more than 1,000 people. Since 2019, Mireia studies at the Lucerne School of Music in the class of Professor Daniel Dodds and in 2021 she was selected to perform at the “Zwischentöne” chamber music festival in Engelberg with the “Merel Quartett” which consists of: Rafael Rosenfeld, Mary Ellen Woodside, Edouard Mätzner, and Alessandro d’Amico.

Brais González was born in Vigo in 1987 and began his piano studies in Vigo with teachers Aleksandras Jurgelionis, Aldona Dvarionaité, and Ricardas Biveinis, with whom he also studied composition. He continues his training at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg under the direction of the pianist Rolf Plagge and ends it at the Conservatories of Vigo and Oviedo.
He has attended master classes with numerous teachers and soloists, including Oxhana Yablonskaya (Juillard School of New York), Vitaly Margulis (UCLA), Galina Egiazarova (Reina Sofia Superior School of Music), Luiz de Moura Castro (Hartford School) , Jun Kanno, Niklas Sivelov, Leonel Morales, Julius Andrejevas, Rina Dokshitsky, Carles Marqués, Vlad Dumilescu and Luis Fernando Pérez.
In 2013 he has been awarded in the XVIII edition of the City of San Sebastian International Competition. In 2012 he has obtained the ‘Gregorio Baudot’ award at the XXVI Cidade de Ferrol International Competition. He has also been awarded the special award from the Malaga Musical Foundation for the best interpretation of Spanish music. In 2006 he obtained the first prize in the absolute category of the International Contest of “Real Club Náutico de Vigo”. He has been awarded at the X Ricard Viñes International Contest (2004), I Galician Association of Interpreters Contest (2004), XII Maria Campina International Contest (Portugal, 2004), Alto-Minho Contest (Portugal) where he also won the prize for the best interpretation of Portuguese works (2003), Regional Competition for Young Performers “Real Club Náutico de Vigo” (1998, 2000 and 2002) and IV Nikolai Rubinstein International Piano Concours in Paris (1999).
He has performed as soloist, accompanist or chamber musician in various cities in Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia.
As a composer, he has composed several works that have been premiered by the Mayeusis Conservatory Orchestra under the direction of Iminas Kucinskas and Christofer Bochmann. He has also written works for the Professional School of Music of Viana do Castelo (Portugal) that have been performed by the orchestras of the EPMVC and the Professional Conservatory of Vigo, conducted by Professor Javier Viceiro. He is the founder of the Trio Caspervek, dedicated to composing soundtracks for silent films.
